Ben Jackson, the general manager at Body and Soul Fitness, joined the studio 12 years ago as a member and continued to return as a member until eventually joining Body and Soul’s team of staff. For our latest member profile, Ben sat down with Sheliza from The Eglinton Way to discuss the gym’s philosophy on health and fitness.

The City of Toronto will resurface the road on Eglinton Ave W from East of Avenue Rd to Oriole Pwy on Sunday, June 11, 2017. Our inspection of the road shows that critical road repairs are needed to bring the pavement to a state of good repair. The existing asphalt surface has deteriorated significantly due to wear and tear, and numerous pot holes have developed resulting in numerous claims
