Formed in 1987, The Eglinton Way Business Improvement Area (BIA) was one of the first BIAs to be recognized and approved by the city of Toronto. We began as a way to engage with neighbourhood businesses, providing an economic and social anchor in the area. To this day, our passionate management board is comprised of local business owners who work to engage with our community on matters relating to streetscapes, events, city and transit matters, and more.

9th Annual Farmers' Market - Apply Now!
Vendor Applications for the 2026 Eglinton Way BIA Farmers' Market are now open! Our market takes place every Sunday from June to October in the Green P parking lot at 125 Burnaby Boulevard.
